December 1 - World AIDS Day

Irkutsk branch of the Red Cross is preparing its program for December 1, 2010. Thus, information stalls, competitions and presentations will be held at the Irkutsk State Linguistic University and the Baikal State University of Economics and Law from 12 to 2 pm, experts and volunteers of the Red Cross will present the history of this date to children, as well as consult on prevention and health maintenance.
And in the afternoon of the same day in Uritski Street there will be a campaign with the support of the Center of Active Youth, Irkutsk, called "I know. I support. I join" where they will distribute informational materials, also there will be a car of the Red Cross where anyone will be able to obtain important and useful information on the prevention of socially significant dis-eases from a specialist of the Red Cross. This outside campaign will be held from 2 to 3 pm.
