Event’s aim: to inform educators of possibility to include in educational program on faculty base the lessons on the subject of “International Humanitarian Law basics and history of Red Cross activity”.

Participants: in round table meeting following participated: 6 representatives (teachers and heads of the teaching department)of Irkutsk schools (Secondary General Schools №№ 14, 16, 23, 32, 39, 470, gymnasium №25, ISTU and ISLU students.
Event’s process: Participants watched the film “Intention’s history” with comments of M.V.Akulova, Russian Red Cross Irkutsk Oblast Branch chairlady, listened to brief presentation about Red Cross history and activity. After that, Marina Makarova ISPC №1 student, presented the report of her experience in volunteer activity. The audience, consisted in most of students applauded her. At the end of event listeners addressed to round table meeting presenters with questions of collaboration and rendering volunteer assistance to IOB “RRC”. Next day students of ISTU, faculty of sociology, law and MM made a request to give a tour in organization.
From the above one could say that the subject “International Humanitarian Law basics and history of Red Cross activity” interested listeners of round table meeting and this direction of IOB “Red Cross” activity has perspective between students of Irkutsk.
