From April till September 2011, the “Navigator” Social Bureau project numbered 375 people, who received one-time services, 88 of them were registered for case-management. 245 of those who applied were referred to trusted doctors. 760 counseling sessions on the issues of preserving health  were delivered at the “Navigator” Social Bureau. Besides the Social Bureau Services, RRC Irkutsk Oblast staff conducted “Before Discharging from Prison School” training sessions, in which 50 inmates participated and “After Discharging from Prison School” ” training sessions, targeting at ex-prisoners, which had released from prison not fewer than a month before the training was held, in which 27 ex-prisoners were trained.
