RRC Bratsk Local Branch participated in the “United Russia Party to Children” from July 1st to August 25th 2011. The key goals and objectives of the project to impart Healthy Life Styles and speak about summer recreation facilities to children aged 7 - 13. These goals and objectives were achieved by organizing small playgroups in the playgrounds of Bratsk, where professional trainers conducted developmental events. At the same time, RRC Bratsk Local Branch conducted events aimed at disseminating information on healthy life styles through making presentations on these topics, viewing videos, and delivering a course of lectures on the topics of «harm of smoking», «harm of alcohol abuse», and «information dissemination on healthy lifestyles» (24.08.2011., 15.08.2011.,28.07.2011., 26.07.2011., 21.07.2011., 19.07.2011., 14.07.2011). There were from 10 to 15 people being present in each playgroup.
From July 1 2011 to October 30 2011, RRC Bratsk Local Branch staff conducted a serous of workshops and trainings to the police staff at the detention center in Bratsk within the scope of «Scheme of Referring Drug Addicts to Medical and Preventive Events» on the topics of «HIV Prevention Among Vulnerable Population Groups» (1.07.2011, 24.10.2011), and «Scheme of Referring Drug Addicts to Prevention and Treatment Events» (29.07.2011, 25.08.2011). Detention center staff counseled clients one-on-one on the given topics. According to the words of the staff, the acquired knowledge is currently up-to-date and useful for their work.
RRC Bratsk Local Branch has taken an active part in conducting the following events within the scope of HIV prevention program in Bratsk:
• Round table sessions (on 08.09.2011, in the City Hall of Bratsk with the participation of the representatives of dermatovenerologic  and psychoneurological dispensaries), 
• Conferences,
• Workshops on the topic of «Abuse of different drugs and psychotropic medication» (17.10.2011 at the Department of Sports and Youth Politics of the Bratsk municipal authorities with the participation of the “Will” Drug Rehabilitation Center, policemen, psychoneurological dispensary inspectors, «United Russia» party representatives, and co-dependents).
Besides the listed activities, RRC Bratsk Local Branch provided humanitarian aid to:
• Injecting drug addicts (15 vulnerable people received humanitarian relief from 1.07.2011 to 25.10.2011),
• Families affected by HIV (5 vulnerable families received humanitarian relief from 1.07.2011 to 25.10.2011),
• Vulnerable people with second-hand clothes, clothes for children, toys and everyday things (two humanitarian visits were made to Stenikha settlement of Bratsk rayon in partnership with the Bratsk municipal social security office staff, where there was a second-hand\toy drive to vulnerable families and children). Moreover, HIV tests were held, and counseling sessions were performed by the psychologist.
