Since October 29, 2011, the “Rainbow Flower” Family Center, which is located at Irkutsk Oblast branch of the Russian Red Cross, and being held within the framework of the «Expanded Care & Support for People Affected by HIV», has opened its doors after moving to a new office spaces, so now it is located at #9, floor # 2, 2-nd Zheleznodorozhnaya st. 17 children (aged from 1,6 to 7) participated in the festive celebrations devoted to the opening of a new office space, 6 of them were new-comers of the Early Development School.
Besides working with children in the “Rainbow Flower” Family Center, ICC “Steps” specialists work with parents. The holiday was not an exception, and the parents had an opportunity of getting one-on-one counseling by the children’s psychologist, speech therapist, and pediatrician.
