On October 19th -21st, a Service Delivery to New Families Irkutsk Fair was held at universities to strengthen a family and build family values among youth. One of the objectives was to raise youth’s awareness of service delivery organizations targeting at new families and youth that are prepared to get married.
There was a presentation of services for new families delivered by governmental, non-governmental, and commercial organizations. 
The organizations that participated in the fair were a recruiting agency, a center for up-to-dated informational services for youth, “Dialogue” social and psychological center for children and adults, Utkin Regional Youth Library, Psychological, Medical, and Social Case-Management Center, Irkutsk Oblast psychoneurologic dispensary, Scientific Center of family health and human reproduction problems, Siberian branch of Russian academy of medical sciences, Women’s Crisis Center, Irkutsk Regional Association of Irkutsk Oblast Non-profits «Mothers Against Drugs», The Russian Red Cross Irkutsk Oblast branch, Irkutsk Public Health and Social Services Department, Irkutsk Pre-School Education Department, Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare Irkutsk office, Irkutsk Oblast Center for AIDS and Infectious Disease Prevention and Control, www.38mama.ru portal.
RRC Irkutsk Oblast branch specialists made presentations of the ICC “Steps” and “Rainbow” Family Center, distributed IEC materials on prevention, counseled on the issue of HIV testing sites in Irkutsk. PowerPoint presentations on HIV and TB prevention were constantly shown for a three-day-fair time at university lobbies. There were more than 150 participants of the event.
