Deputy Minister of Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Igor Ivanov, reported about it at the public hearings on Tuesday.

  
The regional government authorities designed the program proposal. The priority areas are to carry out events, aimed at patriotic upbringing; employ youth; support young families; and to provide social adaptation to those young people, who are in difficult life situations. Besides, the regional government authorities intend to develop the system of social services and clubs for youth. Mr. Ivanov reports that 30 centers for youth in 5 priority areas should be opened, including the centers for youth patriotic upbringing; centers for young families; information centers, and centers for youth who are in difficult life situations. 

In consequence of the program implementation, a number of the unemployed youth in Irkutsk region are supposed to decrease from 1,8% to 1,5% from the total number of youth. A number of the talented youth in Irkutsk region are considered to increase to 7,000 people (now there are 1,300 young people).
