The manual was designed within the frames of the project on palliative care in HIV. Assistance and support to people suffering from severe loss is one of the most important components of palliative care. Both the patient and people around need this assistance. People involved into providing palliative care should possess necessary knowledge and skills so that they are most effective in doing their job.
