One cannot overestimate the importance of defining the problem of HIV also as a problem of work lace at transport organizations: those who work in this sphere are the most mobile category of workers, whose character of work greatly increases the risk of HIV-infecting. At present a lot of projects in fighting HIV that are being implemented or just beginning to be implemented all around the world. But just a few of them take into consideration peculiarities of transportation complex, and there are no such projects in the country. This manual considers concreted results of surveys and experience gained by a number of other countries.
