This document informs about goals and objectives of the meeting held on education technique “Peer to Peer”. It contains the definition of the technique “peer to peer”, theoretical base, and list of projects that used this component in the sphere of HIV/AIDS. Results of needs evaluation. There is also a review of specialized information materials. In the end of this document there are recommendations on further development of the criteria towards best experiences of HIV/AIDS prevention with the “peer-to-peer” method.
