The goal of this toolkit – to share experience in implementing trainings on HIV prevention in prisons in Central Asia. The example includes experience of AFEW in one of the USAID programs on harm reduction in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan (the Fergana Valley).
